New wide pants made in cotton processed with Kurume Kasuri weaving! These wide pants have a contrasting waist to add a little subtle pop to your outfit.
Kurume kasuri is a traditional weaving technique born in Kurume, Fukuoka prefecture more than 500 years ago back when Tokyo was known as Edo, and is known for its important cultural properties.
There are more than 30 separate processes to finish the weaving and it takes about 2 months to make 40 feet of this textile. Only truly skilled craftsmen can finish this meticulous process.
Now this textile is not only used for Kimono, it is also used for accessories or interior decoration.

※Wash in mesh laundry bag, cold water and delicate cycle.
※Do not wash with white or light colored garments, and do not bleach.
※Air dry immediately after wash. DO NOT tumble dry.
※Color may rub off other other garments or items through repeated contact.
